Lisbeth McNabb just completed two years as CFO for Match.com prior to founding w2wlink.com. Lisbeth has formed women's network groups at Pepsico Frito-Lay and Sodexho. This passion for women's development and her belief in the value of a community online model has led Lisbeth to launch this business. For more than 20 years she has specialized in strategy, finance, operations, sales and business development in growth and emerging-stage businesses. She has increased profit and market share in companies such as Match.com, Frito-Lay, American Airlines and Sodexho Marriott. She is currently a Director on the board of Nexstar Broadcasting, a NASDAQ company and other corporate and non-profit organizations.

Erin Bender

Erin Bender — CPO

Erin has been empowering women’s success for over 16 years. She brings a diverse background in marketing, e-business, technology, consulting and sales strategy. She has been the driving force behind numerous initiatives designed to support the success of business women and technology and entrepreneurial launches. In her role as Chief Product Officer, Erin is the advocate for the w2wlink.com member community, the champion of our brand, and key product strategist. Prior to joining w2wlink, Erin was vice president of Marketing and e-Business for BeautiControl Inc., a subsidiary of Tupperware Brands, where she created marketing strategy for online subscription based tools, e-retail consumer products and a direct-sales business opportunity designed for women.

Chris Phipps

Christopher Phipps — Business Development

Chris Phipps has held executive and management positions in marketing, sales and business development within the technology industry focusing on the telecom, wireless, medical, industrial and automotive markets. Chris was a consultant with several technology and software startups, and has been an advisor for a venture capital company. The companies include PMC-Sierra, Oki Electronics, Hyundai Semiconductor, AMD and NCR Electronics. Chris is on the board of Texchange Dallas Chapter.

Caren Austen

Caren Austen — Writer / Editor

Caren brings more than 20 years' experience as both a writer and editor to w2wlink. With her company, Fit to Print, she has had opportunities to write and edit a variety of internal and external newsletters, including many for nationally recognized health care organizations. She has also written for and edited local and national magazines, including "Millionaire Blueprints" and Sam's Club's "Source" and worked with agencies on marketing and advertising copy.

Adrienne Cornelsen founded InSite Interactive, one of Dallas' leading interactive marketing agencies, in 1998. She has served as President and CEO since the company's inception. Adrienne studied Marketing and Public Relations at Texas Christian University in Ft. Worth, Texas, and is a graduate of the MIT Birthing of Giants Entrepreneurial Masters Program. She has been a finalist for the Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the North Texas Tech Titans Award. Adrienne has been featured numerous times in media publications for her entrepreneurial achievements and the company has been internationally recognized for its work with top industry awards.
