Ka Cotter, former executive and entrepreneur at The Staubach Company and Jones Lang LaSalle, provides expertise in strategies for growth companies, building corporate culture, developing selling teams, marketing and sales leadership. Following a successful business career in marketing and sales training with IBM, Ka Cotter was one of the first members of The Staubach Company, directing numerous strategic projects over a 27-year career with them. Ka Cotter most recently served on the The Staubach Company Board of Directors. She also is a corporate director on the boards of two “mid cap” growth companies which are portfolio companies of Riverside Company, a national private equity firm.
