Social Network Website For Professional Women Launches

Women can network any time that fits their busy schedule

Women can network any time that fits their busy schedule

Dallas, TX - November 5, 2007

w2wlink.com, the premier website community for professional women has launched and is dedicated to providing expert content and a free private online networking environment for women at different stages of their lives and careers.  Using the site, women everywhere can log on any time that fits their busy schedules and changing needs.  The website makes it simple to find resources, seek advice from peers, discuss topics of common interest and offer personal viewpoints using the SmartComments tool.

The site is designed around four core subject areas that include Work Smart, Inner Self, Connections and Wellness.  Each information area features articles and videos from nationally recognized writers, expert business and life coaches, top academics and experienced executive women who want to share their expertise and help women develop their professional and personal lives in an online community environment.

An additional unique feature of the site is the proprietary Network Circle tool.  Women fill out a confidential professional profile and are then matched into a private peer networking group of up to 9 other women with common interests.  Typical business related groups include areas such as corporate fast track, embarking on a new career path, self-employment and developing networking skills.  There are also other personal group areas including finding time for personal growth, re-entering the workforce after raising children, work family life balance and dating as a professional woman.  The Network Circle tool is free, private and allows the group members to develop a virtual network of peers.

w2wlink.com was founded by former Match.com CFO Lisbeth McNabb.  Her background includes 20+ years in finance, operations, sales and business development and planning growth and emerging stage businesses.  Previously she led efforts at Sodexho, PepsiCo, Frito-Lay and American Airlines.

Linda Mihalick serves as the Chief Marketing Officer.  She has led the interactive and marketing at GroceryWorks.com, TheGift.com/1-800-Flowers.com and Thomas Nelson Publishing Live Events, as well as held key leadership roles at American Airlines and JCPenney.  Heading up Business Development is Chris Phipps, who has worked as a technology and software startup consultant for PMC-Sierra, Oki Electronics, Hyundai Semiconductor, AMD and NCR Electronics.  He has also served as an advisor for a venture capital company.
