Shivaun Palmer is the Founder and Executive Producer of the Women’s Broadcast Network, LLC.  She founded WBN after identifying a gaping hole in the media for substantive, educational programming for women.

After months of research, culminating with a visit to the White House to meet with Tina Tchen, Director of the White House Council on Women and Girls, Palmer launched Platforms: The Life Lifting News Program for Women on January 17^th, 2010.  The show website is:   www.platforms.tv.
