2009 Women’s Leadership Lab!
Register now for the 2009 Women’s Leadership Lab. The Lab is a year-long leadership development experience for high potential mid-to-senior level women. Each class contains 8-12 participants from a wide array of industries and organizations. The group meets quarterly for 2-day modules to address key leadership issues (i.e., Talent, Influence, Language, & Trends). Each participant also receives individual coaching throughout the year to help increase her leadership impact.

The Lab Design is a:
- Unique development experience incorporating Full-Tilt Leadership sessions with individual coaching
- Year-long program to enhance the application of new skills on the job
- Consistent group of colleagues for sharing best practices, collaboration, and networking—an ideal discussion group focused on strategic leadership issues
Core Elements
- Content Focus Sessions on Talent, Influence, Language, Trends designed to stimulate discussion on strategic leadership issues for experienced professionals. Day One of each session focuses on the individual and her own style of leadership. Day Two focuses on helping the individual apply her skills within the organization as she mentors, develops, and leads others
- Peer Learning allows the participant to learn not only from the Content Session leaders but also from new peer relationships with colleagues representing diverse companies and industries
- Individual Coaching allows each participant to focus on her own specific organization and team issues and assists her in applying the learning from the sessions to her own unique organizational context
